URGENT Water Meter Shut Off Valves -Upcoming Freezing Temperatures 
In preparation for the forecasted freezes coming our way, we have discovered the City of Marshall and Sloan construction have removed all the emergency water shut off valves at the meters. 
According to the water department, this is an issue with the city and the construction company, not the water department. 
Unfortunately I don't have months to sit and address this issue, please advise what time the shutoff meter can be replaced so I can have someone present today.
